Personal leasing, clearly explained
A car lease is a longer-term commitment to use a vehicle under agreed conditions. It can suit a UAE resident who knows how long they need the car and how much they expect to drive. The right choice depends on the total arrangement, not just the monthly payment.
YORK PRIME’s leasing enquiries start with practical questions: where you live, how far you travel, how many passengers you carry and how long you expect to need the car. Those details help shape a useful proposal and avoid a mileage allowance or term that does not fit your life.
Looking for a shorter commitment? Compare monthly car rental in Dubai before applying. Business vehicles and account facilities have a separate corporate review process.
Start with your timeframe
These are enquiry preferences. Available products and terms are confirmed in your quote.

Fast starts come from good preparation
Share your car preference, term, mileage and resident or business status.
Provide the requested readable documents through an agreed secure channel.
The relevant team assesses eligibility, any credit conditions and vehicle availability.
Accept the written agreement and complete the required payments before collection.
Document readiness can help the process move efficiently. It does not guarantee approval, a decision within a fixed time, a particular rate or immediate vehicle delivery.
Before you apply
Requirements depend on the applicant and proposal. New residents, self-employed applicants and business owners may be asked for additional information. This checklist stays on your device.

Do not upload identity or financial documents through this enquiry form. The team will provide an agreed document process when needed.
The details that matter
Confirm the start date, number of payments, due dates, applicable VAT and the total contractual commitment.
Separate the refundable deposit from advance rental, delivery, documentation or other fees. Know the conditions for deposit release.
Check whether the allowance is monthly, annual or for the whole term. Understand the excess rate and any mileage reconciliation.
Confirm scheduled servicing, servicing locations and responsibilities for tyres, batteries, brakes and other wear items.
Review what protection is included, the damage excess, exclusions, authorised drivers and incident-reporting duties.
Ask what happens during maintenance or a breakdown, and when a replacement vehicle is provided, if included.
Request the notice period and settlement calculation. Check what happens if you leave the UAE or need to end the agreement early.
Review fair-wear expectations, inspection and final charges. A purchase option applies only if expressly agreed in writing.
Useful answers
Compare the full agreement. If an important inclusion is not written into your proposal, ask before you sign.
You agree a vehicle or category, a contracted period, a mileage allowance and a payment schedule. You pay for use of the vehicle under that agreement. The quote should identify the upfront amount, services, insurance responsibilities and end-of-term conditions.
UAE residents can enquire, subject to identity, licence, affordability and any insurer or funding-provider checks. Employment or business-income evidence may be requested. Eligibility and approval are assessed individually.
A complete, readable application helps reduce delays. There is no fixed approval guarantee: timing depends on identity and income verification, any credit review, vehicle availability and the parties approving the agreement. Ask for the expected timeline for your application.
You can enquire while settling in. A valid UAE driving licence and accepted resident identification are needed before an eligible handover. Limited local banking or employment history may lead to requests for additional information, different security or alternative terms.
Yes, an enquiry can be assessed using the relevant business and income evidence. The team will confirm the documents required, which may differ from a salaried employee’s application.
Do not assume either. Ask for the exact deposit, advance rental, fees and total due before delivery. A refundable security deposit, an advance rental payment and a finance down payment are different items.
Only the written quotation confirms the inclusions. Ask about scheduled servicing, insurance type and excess, tyres, wear items, roadside assistance and any replacement car. Exclusions and customer obligations should be explicit.
An early exit can involve charges or settlement obligations under the agreement. Ask for the calculation and notice period before signing, particularly if your employment, residence or travel plans may change.
Ownership does not transfer automatically. Ask whether a purchase option is available for the particular proposal. Any option must be written into the agreement with the price or calculation method, conditions, transfer costs and timing.
It depends on the vehicle, term, mileage, included services and the costs of ownership. Compare the total contracted payments and possible end-of-term charges with purchase finance, insurance, maintenance and resale risk. A monthly figure alone is not a complete comparison.
Dubai is the launch focus. Share your Emirate and delivery requirements so the team can confirm whether the proposed vehicle and service arrangement are available. UAE-wide coverage should not be assumed from an enquiry.
