What should I include in a rental enquiry?

Include travel dates, preferred location, driver residency status, vehicle needs and expected mileage. Add the flight number only if airport collection is requested. Do not include card or identity-document images in the initial enquiry.

How do I ask about a personal lease?

Share your preferred vehicle category, intended term, estimated annual kilometres and UAE residency status. The team will explain the application documents and review process for your situation.

What information helps with a corporate proposal?

Start with the company name, vehicle count, business use, preferred term, locations and any requested account facility. Financial and identity documents should follow through an agreed secure process.

Can I arrive at an airport desk without confirmation?

Please use the written collection instructions for your reservation. Office addresses, terminal meeting points, access arrangements and service hours must be confirmed before you travel to collect a vehicle.

Has my enquiry been sent when I complete the form?

Yes. Submitting the form sends your enquiry to the YORK PRIME team, and the page confirms when it has been received. Completing the form does not submit a reservation or confirm a vehicle.
